The work
Hands-on ownership from problem framing to rollout
- Frame the customer problem before choosing a technical approach, whether the customer is a merchant, developer, partner or internal product team.
- Own API contracts, developer onboarding and backwards-compatibility decisions in partnership with engineering.
- Sequence payment launches around reliability, reconciliation and merchant needs, not simply the number of supported payment methods.
- Define AI acceptance criteria and evaluation gates with data science, engineering and commercial stakeholders before rollout.
For the developer platform at Delivery Hero, I owned OpenAPI contracts, unified event streams and versioning rules across a fragmented multi-market ecosystem. I worked alongside engineering leadership and market teams on governance and partner integration. In payments, I partnered with risk, compliance, legal and finance operations on the PayFac launch. At TabSquare.AI, I helped move recommendation models from experiments into real-time digital ordering products.
